I have been here two weeks in a row. First week I thought they must be having a bad day becuase I have never been to a chilis where the service was that slow and the food was definitely not up to corporate standards. I came again this week and it was far worse.I thought back and realized that I have had 3 of my friends.tell me that this location is terrible and if they had never been to a different chilis they would never go to one again, and tbh, I feel the same.
Sat at the bar. While there were 3 staff working back there, there was actually a 4:30 time period where nobody was back there. Many of the bar guests drinks were empty.The bright spot was the food runner and busser, they were doing a great job.

This is a pretty run-of-the-mill Chili’s. Never really had a bad experience to speak of, and otherwise everything is pretty average. If you’re somehow new to Chili’s, the food is essentially American food with a southwestern twist. I will say if you’re a fan of mozzarella- their fried mozzarella is pretty good. Most dishes will run you $15-$25. The location is a little strange to get into as you have to pull into the Hannaford parking lot and drive through a rough section...read full review
