I walk in ask for a large protein latte with three vanilla shots. They gave me the large protein latte with four unsweetened French vanilla syrup. I do not like the taste of that stuff and knew right away the drink was wrong. The girl at the counter was new she was asking help from another girl. I let them know that the drink was made wrong and what I had asked for. They insisted that the other thing they had was full sugar. I seldom give a rating below 3, but this Dunk'n needs some serious help. The coffee and food were the usual Dunk'n goodness, but ownership is obviously having trouble hiring staff who know how customer service works, even at the most basic level. OMG. See for yourself. And the seating is one giant communal folding table (seriously). On the plus side, if you drive an EV you'll love their row of Tesla fast chargers.
They were very nice. Fast and my coffee was very hot and that’s how I like it.
