Food is usually good, but if you go through the drive thru, make sure to check your order. I've received the wrong order three out of the last five times. Even if the sticker on the bag is correct, don't assume the bag contains the correct order.It's not rocket science, people. Take the time and make sure you put the right food in the right bag!

It was an odd setup. Cashier took our orders over by the drive-thru line even though we walked into the establishment. Even though there was a register right in front of where the donuts were to take orders who came in through the front door. Very awkward. And hard to hear over the open window for the drive-thru. Other than that the food was pretty good. I got a chicken wrap and my wife got a pumpkin spice drink with a donut. Never been to one of these before so it's kind of fun experience.

Continued s-show and complete joke. Staff ignore in-store customers if not their visiting friends hanging out in lobby, or until drive thru is completely empty. Follow their sign’s advice: don’t wait, run (away).
People who actually take the time to go into the place are treated as an afterthought while those who use the drive through are helped first even if they arrive way later! Was not thanked, just treated like a burden...

Absolutely the worst Dunkin experience I've ever had. The employees were all fighting loudly and wouldn't ring us up at the register for in store purchases. They made my iced coffee with granular sugar, then grudgingly made a 2nd one with liquid sugar but it was still somehow the most sour and bitter iced coffee I've ever gotten from Dunkin.Also, I ordered an Old Fashioned donut, it said old fashioned on my receipt, and when I got down the road and reached in my bag, it was a glazed.The worst ever Dunkin.
