I should be grateful because the staff ignored the people in front of me to the point where they went home and the line got considerably shorter.
Customer service at this particular store has dropped like a rock since it opened in the 90s and I’m not the only one who has noticed.
The money and effort that went into the decorations could have been spent on training and paying employees enough to actually care about their jobs.
