I visit this location usually once a week on Sunday afternoons. The service is friendly and great, considering the location is severely understaffed. Nora who I assume is the shift manager, is always helpful even though she is consistently busy between the register and bar. Many times, by herself on a busy day.
Barista from this morning seems like she should not be working there on her own, as if she was very overwhelmed by just two customers. Was taking it out on people attempting to order and pay.
