Had dinner 2 nights in a row and food was what I remember. Good solid choices in the Fish and Chips and pasta special with sausage.
Made an order for pick up, ordered a burger and fries. Burger ordered was ordered as well done.
After an hour drive one way and returned home only to have a rare burger and uncooked fries. Sad.
Ate at 99s tonight. Despite claiming to be the official restaurant of the Boston Red Sox, this place didn’t disappoint. Friendly service, well-priced entrees, and classic New England comfort food done right. A solid, satisfying stop.
Country fried chicken was great
My husband and I went here for dinner. The food was disgusting. Super bland. Had no flavor at all. Even the appetizers had no flavor. Spent 63 dollars on bland food.
We had a little wait to get in, but they had a seating area, which was nice. The lobster roll and chicken parm were delicious. The service was excellent with friendly, attentive staff.
Super fast service excellent food.

We packed up our family for Christmas vacation and ventured out hitting 14 states in 5 days unplanned. We stopped in Brattleboro,VT and decided to stay the night (found a nice Holiday Inn). We found this restaurant on maps and gave it a try and so glad we did! We had an amazing waitress, Alexandra who made it that much better, thanks for giving us a Vermont welcome with great hospitality! She was buzzing around doing the same for other food goers! Don’t leave here without trying the balsamic chicken, we upgraded the sides to broccoli casserole and bacon mac & cheese and would do again! Make sure to save some room for the apple pie, it’s a must! I wish I took pictures but we were too busy enjoying the delicious food. Make sure if you try this dish add your picture! We are a family of 6 (extra cousin tagged along this trip so make it 7), great prices, we checked the bill twice and couldn’t believe how wonderful our bill looked! Last minute decision turned out to be a Vermont winter treat!
Kid-friendliness: My kids give this restaurant all a thumbs up!! Thanks for having options, they all tried something different. Our waitress made dinner fun for our kids!

UPDATE: I received a rewards coupon for 25% off a check of $20 or more, and decided to use it so I wouldn't have to cook, but my husband could have a hot meal when he came into the house tonight. I spent $40 after using the coupon and before tip.
Ordering online was easy, and I expected this to be a good choice. Although part of my order was wrong (I asked for gravy on the side, but it was put onto my food), that isn't the reason for my one star review. First, let me say that this review is updated after our last visit to this location, where my food was horrible, and service was lacking. I had hoped it was just the day of the week and that this time, our order would be fine- especially since it was curbside pickup.
I was wrong. While chewing on my third bite of my entree, I realized THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY FOOD. It was attached within my chicken and gravy. I could not spit it out into my napkin quickly enough- completely disgusting! After that, the rest of my food went into the trash.
WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT ABOUT COVERING WITH A HAIR NET FOR FOOD PREP AND SERVE STATIONS? Your meals aren't fast food, or inexpensive, so why not prep and serve food following service standards? This is NOT what we expected, even though our last visit didn't meet our expectations! We have had wonderful dining experiences at other 99 locations... As well as several positive experiences at this location in the past. I'm not sure why things have gone so downhill here.
The LAST thing I would expect, especially at a franchise with meal prices between $16-$34 each, is to find a human hair in my food while eating.
Definitely reconsidering eating at this location ever again. Definitely not worth what I spent, and not worth taking a chance on. If you have time to drive past and head to another establishment, you might want to do so! A complete waste of time and $$$.

I’ve been going to this 99 since they opened way back whenever that was. They easily have the best boneless buffalo wings I’ve ever had. The blue cheese dressing is so chunky and creamy and the buffalo sauce has that perfect tangy buffalo flavour. It’s amazing how you can order them delivery and they’re still hot and crispy when they get here. My other favourites are the baked haddock, fried shrimp, and all star burger. The chopped sirloin which is a once a week special now is also a classic that I often find myself craving.
If you dine in, they have good cold beer and nice mixed drinks with popcorn on the table to enjoy. The atmosphere is nice and service is always on point.

Got steak tips and chicken fingers. Said medium rare. All came out nasty rare. Then it still wasn't cooked right after. It's absolutely ridiculous. To think I spent 175 dollars for this kind of disappointment.
