Echo Rise & Shine is a great place with excellent service. The restaurant serves a good risotto and an exceptional breakfast burrito with fresh and strong flavors. The eggs and sausage are also tasty. Some customers prefer actual hash browns over tots. The coffee is A+ and the welcome is warm. The restaurant is within walking distance from some hotels and is located on Putney Road in Brattleboro, VT. Customers can enjoy custom-made food according to their food restrictions. Overall, Echo Rise & Shine is a great spot to grab a meal.
