What an amazing find! By far the healthiest Chinese take-out I have ever had. The presentation was just as beautiful as the photos on the web-site. The tastes and aroma were subtle but done to perfection. Although Brattleboro is a 30 minute drive for me, I will never patronize my local places again.
And to top off the experience, the chef was so welcoming. This building is also an art gallery! She even opened up a arge gallery space for me and it was as unique as the food. Just put a bar in the corner and I would never leave.....

We went to Cai's today for Christmas lunch and we couldn't have chosen better. Cai has a lovely place with her beautiful artwork adorning the walls. Her welcome was very warm and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Delicious food, super friendly people, and a beautiful setting inside the art gallery! Our experience there was great and we’ll definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend.

The food tasted good but the portions were disappointing for the price.

Love the vibe of the place and the art gallery, but don't know if I'll come back for the food, unfortunately.

If you really looking for dim sum, I'd recommend this place as an occasional stop, but too expensive and the portions are too small for a regular spot, IMO

Delicious! We had a wonderful experience dining here. Loved that so much could be made gluten free and dairy free. The scallion pancakes were our favorite. It was super cool being able to eat in an art gallery too!

We absolutely loved the food!
We would most definitely order food again when we are in Brattleboro!
And it was such a treat to look at the art on display while awaiting our order.
Be sure to order food from this wonderful place!

You MUST try this take out restaurant @ least once!
The flavour profiles are fabulous!
The dumplings, buns, & box dinner were each a delight.
The chocolate mousse.
???
Every bite was heaven.
Nice family owned business with a gentle, welcoming atmosphere.
I'll be giving these people all my $.

Beware the looney neighbor!
Next time I'm going to try not to park on Western Ave.
A VERY nosey neighbor, stalked me while I was waiting for my order.
(Walking around my vehicle & peeking in the windows.)
She went so far as to knock on my window & demand to know my business.
If she weren't an old, white, demented human I would have told her to mind her own affairs.
I left it with, "There's no rules about parking here."
(In front of the restaurant)
I rolled up my window & she finally went away.?

The food here is delicious, authentic Sichuan cuisine, made with high quality ingredients. We've eaten here several times. Tonight we got beef dumplings, pork dumplings, and Sichuan noodles, all of which were top notch. I also picked up a jar of dan dan chili, which goes great with rice and an egg for lazy morning breakfasts.

Their online ordering system is solid, but tonight there was a hiccup and I didn't receive a notification when my food was done. I called after waiting a while and we discovered the glitch. Cai brought my food out and apologized, and all is right in the world. I'd never fault a local spot for a technology misfire, and the good was very worth the wait. I do suggest though that if you put in a takeout order, call after 30 minutes to avoid a similar mix up.

?Cai's Dim Sum Catering & CX Silver Studio in Brattleboro, VT USA What a true gem for a fresh, nourishing, home cooked vegan meal! Cai's Dim Sum is typically ordered takeout or does catering. With advanced notice, they were willing to accomodate us to dine in. Thank you so much!! Surrounded by beautiful artwork from Chef Cai and artist, we ate: - Fresh Spring Rolls: So so fresh and packed with veggies with a homemade sauce that is so fresh, sweet, tangy and bright! The best fresh  spring rolls I have had in a long time. GF as well! - Tofu Kale Dumplings: So unique and delicious! Hint of sweetness from maple syrup and nuttiness from flax, these were a hit. A must have! - Mushroom Dumplings: Cai's is pretty gluten free friendly with many options. This dumpling being one of them! Filling is absolutely delicious with the flavor of mushroom shining through. Adam described the wrapper to be more like a cornish pasty and could't agree more! Overall delicious, unique! - Tofu Kale Bun: I absolutely love steamed buns, plan or with fillings. This bun was packed with delicious filling, similar to the dumplings. Really nice ratio of bun to filling! Red Bean Bun: We ordered too much, ate this for breakfast. I love red beans. Made a nice breakfast with sweet and savoriness of the filling. - Sichuan Style Noodles: With wheat noodles snd medium spiciness. You could also order with rice noodles, no spice or extra spicy. So so delicious! Sesame noodles coated perfectly, topped with fresh veggies, dried cranberries, and asian pear. A must have! Ginger Tofu: Since we shared everything, we ordered this entree with extra tofu. Jasmine rice was cooked to perfection, topped with fresh and perfectly cooked cabbage, bok choy, asparagus. The tofu was so soft, creamy, and flavorful with the ginger. I love that the tofu was not deep fried. So healthy and nutritious! There is also a vegan scallion pancake on the menu. And can aldo be made gluten free. My husband rode his bike 70 miles from home and my pup and I drove by car and ran and hiked our way to the area. This was EXACTLY everything we wanted and needed and more! Check out the beautiful art and Cai's Dim Sum: https://www.cxsilvergallery.com/ https://www.dimsumvt.com/our-story

Ordered here a bunch of times over the summer and fall. Recently they got rid of all their custom options from doordash and online ordering, so now I can't because I have allergies. Literally every item just says no customizations now. Guess I don't buy from them anymore.

The food was very good, but I don't want soap food.

Also, who doesn't offer the option to remove cilantro? I mean, people have a gene that literally makes it taste like soap. SMH.

Amazing food! Stop by the gallery if you have time.

Amazing experience! The owners were so sweet and the food was incredible. I have celiac and felt super safe eating here. Gluten free dumplings? Check! Gluten free scallion pancakes?? Check! It’s a must go to for Gluten Free folks.
