What an amazing find! By far the healthiest Chinese take-out I have ever had. The presentation was just as beautiful as the photos on the web-site. The tastes and aroma were subtle but done to perfection. Although Brattleboro is a 30 minute drive for me, I will never patronize my local places again.

We went to Cai's today for Christmas lunch and we couldn't have chosen better. Cai has a lovely place with her beautiful artwork adorning the walls. Her welcome was very warm and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

What a fabulous experience.
The art gallery is a perfect setting for the restaurant given that the chef also creates art with her wonderful, authentic Chinese food that she prepares and presents with great care and love.
We enjoyed the dumplings, scallion pancake, pork soup, noodles, and tofu and rice.
Each dish presented demonstrated the chef’s creativity and attention to detail.
