Today 1/18/24 they did better ???I waited way too long for a sausage egg muffin because you stated out loud you forgot to fulfill a DoorDash order so when they arrived you put everyone else’s food aside to make theirs. Unacceptable. DO BETTER!

Better than most I've been to. Fast, friendly. Only reason I gave 4 stars is when I went inside, there were several piles of dirt swept into piles, but not picked up which I believe should have been done right away.

Best DD in Bratt hands down is this west Bratt location. Super friendly & they seem to work well as a team. Sometimes they may slow up, sometimes they might get something wrong, but seriously their friendliness in the morning and compared to the ridiculous lines at the Canal & Putney Road locations, these guys deserve to get sone credit!
