Great, cool restaurant right in downtown Brattleboro. Just across the street from the Latchis Hotel. Great vibe. Chili- lime shrimp, steak tips, pierogies, white pizza were all really good. We’ll be back. Recommend.

A mixed bag. My wife's hamburger was delicious. I had the risotto with salmon. The interior of the salmon was uncooked and I had to return it. The rice in the risotto was borderline inedible. It was not arborio rice. The restaurant was very busy that evening, so clearly a lot of people enjoy eating here, but my meal was disappointing. They may be short staffed as the service was slow. If I were to return, I'd probably stick with a burger and maybe try their pizza.

I will always give this place a 5 stars ! It’s a little dim a little dark, and could be considered a little depending on your sensory needs, but the servers are so nice, and the food and drinks are so delicious ! I recommend this place to everyone !

Our waiter was the only thing that made sure we were taken care of but the host was behaving like he was in a rush and sat us without silverware or the complete menu for drinks and dinner so we were clueless and surprised. The way some of the waiters were walking in a rush without watching out for customers and bumping my husband while he was trying to take his coat off was not something that I was okay with witnessing and they need to be careful with their surroundings regardless if they're in a hurry. I ordered the ribeye steak which was okay because it was served medium well when I asked for medium, but what bothered me was the way they served the Meatball hero, the toast was burnt, cut up the meatballs instead of leaving them as meatballs, left the sandwhich open with the marinara sauce on the side, and even though we both were disappointment with the presentation we didnt want to stress the waiter for the kitchens mess up and just carried on with what we received. We were both very disappointed by how the food came out, how long it took to bring our food, and felt that there was no passion nor care on the food that was made. I was hoping to take my husband and I out somewhere nice for our first date night of this year as newlyweds but I'm afraid I will have to take our date nights someplace else.

My partner and I love coming here for a date night or when meeting friends. The food is always excellent (the perfectly seared salmon and roasted beet salad is my go-to), and they cater to dietary needs. The vibe here is just right. Eclectic, artsy, lounge feel with a fantastic outdoor patio when the weather permits. They do fill up quickly, so I would recommend a reservation. I would say this is definitely my favorite restaurant in Brattleboro! Enjoy!Vegetarian options: I can always find interesting and delicious vegetarian choices here.Dietary restrictions: Clearly marked dietary menu

Echo’s best quality is its atmosphere. Quirky and open. Great for a larger party. The food is upscaled American pub fare and was decent. Nothing that we tried stood out as exceptional, and the serving sizes are very generous. While the service was very friendly, they seemed understaffed. It took a while and a few asks to get extra forks and napkins. The overall experience was pleasant and we would eat here again.

First time in and with a group of eight before we went to a Latches concert. We were in and out that we had to hang a bit prior to the show. Every one in our party enjoyed their drinks and amazing food well worth to check it out.

Great food but I really wish they would change the caramel sauce (comes with the fried dough). It's been the same for ages and the flavor just makes it taste burnt.

After putting in the order we had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for a meal to finally come (and we were only 2 people). They never apologized or anything. After asking several times, they just said there is a big group before you and the chef is preparing their food first. We were like what? If you can't prepare the food on time just don't accept customers. The waiting and them not acknowledging that this is a big problem just ruined the whole experience.
