Stumbled on this spot on a road trip, Best Chill Dog I’ve ever had!
I live over 2 hours away but I’d make a trip back just for that’
Haven't been here in 5 years. So happy to say it is still good as ever!
Ice cream- good flavor selection, small serving for the price, not a lot of flavor.
From ct , made a Pitt stop here and my lantern was it worth it ! So delicious and the people who work here were so incredibly kind ! If I ever come back I will definitely stop here .
Great food! Fast service!
Food was ok, not cheap
Roadside food when you want excellent but casual dining. The atmosphere is old-timey, clean and friendly, and our food was how we liked it: fried fish tacos, generous lobster rolls with large chunks (and way below Maine tourist prices), creamy clam chowder, and so many great choices of ice cream, including a few dairy-free options. We ate lunch indoors and had our ice creams under the tent. Fast Eddie's just became our new favorite comfort food spot.
So good!!! Lobster rolls were worth it and affordable, and they had really great ice cream choices. Coleslaw was suuuuper yummy also
Quick service and good food
Fast Eddie’s Restaurant was a fantastic place to drop by! In fact, me and my father drove from Canada to this place to try Vermonts’ famous: Maple Créeme. It was absolutely delicious (top 3 best ice-creams/shakes I’ve ever had)!
The customer service is polite and they are very down-to-earth, willing-to-help people.
Lobster roll (cold) and fish n chips were also a delight. They had some hot sauce as well.
They had a decent bathroom and a great indoor and outdoor dining area.
In all, a great place with great tasting food—with the world’s BEST maple creemee. And it’s conveniently placed so you can stop by off the road.

Great lunch! Will be back!
Great food. We tried dogs, burgers , lobster roll and an ice cream cone! Old School style drive in, very clean for an old building.
Great fresh food and great price will be back
We did a U turn at the sight of this place - having come from the U.K. this is the kind of legit American experience we were looking for. We’ve been to a lot of places that try to replicate this atmosphere and fail because they’re too plastic. Fast Eddie’s feels real and traditional.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the food is absolutely reasonably priced. There’s a great selection of sodas and the food was quick, piping hot and tasty. If I were local I’d come again and again to try different things on the menu.
Here’s wishing Fast Eddie’s continued success in the future.
The woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. We chose to eat outside and, after she took our orders, she came outside and washed the picnic tables to make sure they were clean.
The food was just okay. I had the haddock sandwich. It was cooked enough, but not at all crispy so the oil temperature must have been a little too low. It was just fish on a bun with tartar sauce on the side. I asked to have lettuce added but it came plain. It was busy at the counter, so I didn't go back and ask for the lettuce.
We tried Fast Eddie's because of the good reviews, so maybe it was an off day. It happens.
