I'd heard of the Brattleboro Country Club for its quality golf course but didn't realize that it had a quality, reasonably priced restaurant open to the public. We were pleased to find on a Friday night a place away from the traffic of downtown to eat an excellently prepared dinner. Planning a return visit when in the area.

Awesome! Good food, low key but fancy atmosphere. Wait staff was very polite, and helpful. Can't wait to go back and try something else. See the pictures for their shrimp scampi (look at all that shrimp!) Also their fried chicken sandwich.
I could have cooked better. Like warm. Bar is very small and the whole place smelled like cat pee.

This a hidden gem. The food and service are excellent, but the restaurant doesn't seem to know how good it is. Delicious homemade ranch dressing made nice green salad scrumptious. Very fresh mussels app, perfect tapioca pudding.
