Glad we stopped! Friendly staff and so many great food and treats for sale. We got the mac and cheese, potstickers, gluten free maple bbq pulled pork, and gluten free apple crisp for dessert. Bought some maple syrup and bloody mary mix to bring home. Looking forward to stopping in again sometime.

Great service with tons of delicious options! The Vermont cheddar was great, and the cheesecake was better!

Very crowded, staff harried. They could maybe re-orient to give more room to customers coming and going. Food - prepared to order sandwiches as well as pre-made Mac and cheese, Samosas, desserts, cookies, salads, etc.- are all top notch and reasonably priced. Also tons of VT tourist foodstuffs, beer, cheese, etc. Definitely worth a stop but prepare for a long line and difficulty finding a parking spot, at least in the weekend.

Sad to have to report this but I have to.Today St. Patrick’s Day, I stopped in for my usual haul of Mac & Cheese and Pulled Pork but was thrilled to see Corned Beef & Cabbage on the menu to bring home to my Irish husband and father. Well I quickly went from hero to Zero!Of the 6lbs I purchased (2 medium cardboard containers) you could not eat a single bite of the corned beef. To say it was BEYOND TOUGH is understating. Leather would have been easier to chew! Then, to make matters worse, there was absolutely. no cabbage. Just tough corned beef with too many carrots and whole potatoes.I generally love this store, the staff is always great (and was today too), the Mac & Cheese amazing! and the desserts, so, so good, but this time a BIG THUMBS WAY DOWN ? and a spoiled St. Patrick’s Day dinner.

A little Alice of old Vermont, this is a great stop for lunch or breakfast. Quality food for fair prices, everything we had was delicious. Especially the Mac n cheese! All the bakes goods looked super yummy too and there were plenty of local goodies to choose from. Fresh made sandwiches and breads as well. There is a nice area to sit outside where the river runs by so you can listen to the sound of running water while you eat. We will definitely be coming back!

Tourist trap. Mac and cheese is oily and bland. The only flavorful part is the cheese that’s a bit burnt on top. Raw bacon on sandwiches, and employees are absolutely MISERABLE!
