“Erin and Pierre have opened a fantastic coffee shop in the heart of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. They are both super welcoming and have designed a great space to meet with friends or study. I spent 4 hours there today and was able to observe their consistently warm interactions with customers throughout. For menu items, I enjoyed a single origin pour-over coffee; it was spot on for both intensity and flavor. The ricotta toast (with strawberries and honey) was excellent as was the cinnamon roll (which will certainly be ordered again soon).“
