Great coffee! But this place is unfriendly for POC! One of the coffee server was giving a side eye and have me on one isolated table different from the rest-no cutlery compared to the rest.

A few years ago they used to serve traditional breakfast and lunch fare made with exceptionally good local ingredients. Now their menu has changed. Still very good ingredients, but we miss the great comfort food they used to serve before.

Dietary restrictions: They do care for gluten intolerant customers.

I love the mini factory! A sunny warm place to enjoy masterfully crafted and plated dishes. Food on par with that found at fancy restaurants at a fraction of the price and toddler friendly! Xxxxx

Rude staff. Unless your a local and a local yuppie don’t dine here.

Super cute spot, cappuccino was great, as was the chocolate croissant. Cinnamon bun was on the dry side, and the regular pour coffee was very watery unfortunately. My partner enjoyed his biscuit sandwich, I ordered the poached eggs in pepper sauce with yogurt- the egg whites were undercooked, and the herb level was wayyyy too much. Overall, cute spot to sit and relax, food and service are hit or miss

Marvelous food, perfect portions, beautiful presented. Lots of vegetarian options, local produce and excellent bakery case. Highly recommend getting a non-alcoholic cocktail, they are stunningly delicious!

Ordered a cappuccino for dine in. Paid for my cappuccino. Never got my cappuccino. When I went back up to ask about it, was told I needed to pay for another. Stupidly, I didn't get a receipt the first time.

Make SURE you get a receipt as I saw a few orders get "missed"

It was Thursday the 31st of October. Paid by card it was around 9:50 am. I ordered a chocolate chunk cookie and cappuccino... Got the cookie (super yummy) but no cappuccino paid $9.61. Didn't get the cappuccino then had to order another and paid $5.10 for that

We have been in Vermont for two weeks now, and we have had the pleasure of eating some wonderful meals across the state. I can say that without hesitation, we have not had a bad experience with any meal anywhere until this morning. We stopped here because we were in a bit of a hurry, and since it was a cafe, we assumed the service would be reasonably fast. That was a mistake. After being the only ones standing at the counter for five minutes where it's designated to order sit down food (as at least two employees noted our presence), we were then directed to move into another line to order. After waiting several minutes in this line, we were finally able to order. We ordered a coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and a scrambled egg bowl. The coffee was finally served after fifteen minutes. After waiting another fifteen minutes (we had now waited thirty five minutes) and still not being served, we finally had to go up to the counter and ask to see if our order could be packaged to go. As a result, we ate on the road while driving. My wife had the scrambled egg vegetable dish, which she thought was very good.
The breakfast sandwich was the worst thing I've eaten on this entire trip, and it's not even close. The biscuit was laden with fat (I assume butter almost to the point that it was disgusting). Honestly, I truly could not even taste the egg and ham in the sandwich. What was so alarming about this experience other than the fact that some of the food was not good is that the restaurant seemingly had almost too many employees and poor service. At one point, while we were waiting for our food to be served, we were the only people in the restaurant for about five minutes, and there were many employees both in front and back. I am still banging my head, trying to understand why it would take so long to serve such a simple breakfast. Mostly, however, since my food wasn't good, I won't be going back. For context, this is the first Google rating I have ever left for any business, and I even had to take the time to figure out how to do it since it's just something I do. That is how strongly I felt about this experience!

There's nothing like getting a biscuit with V's amazing jam and sitting either outside in the Main Street sunshine or inside in the open, airy space with those bright yellow chairs and pretty flower arrangements. If the chicken salad is available, make sure to get it! We love Minifactory and go to Bristol every chance we get to treat ourselves.

Terrible experience. 4 to 2 stars.

MiniFactory turns a simple coffee run into a 25-minute ordeal. The line management is chaotic, and the staff is so quiet you can barely hear them over the noise. Even after the owner stepped in to help, the staff still didn’t know how to make my coffee and almost gave it to another customer. Despite explaining multiple times that I was in a hurry, they delayed my order and forgot the oat milk I paid for. I'm beyond pissed and will never come back. The owner seriously needs to fix their customer service! How they made a NYT recommendation is beyond me

I love waffles and was eagerly anticipating their take. At $13 it’s not a cheap option. The presentation was lovely - nuts, syrup, and fruit whip adorned it, but the waffle itself was greasy, almost like it had been deep fried. The flavor was good but they need to lighten up on the amount of oil used. I’ve had indigestion all afternoon!
