The last time we ate here a few years ago (breakfast) the food was awful (oversalted) and the service equally dismal. We did complain and the management was very responsive. On this latest visit we decided to try the restaurant again for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised. Food was tasty, seasoned appropriately and the service was prompt and friendly. Will visit again.

Stayed at the hotel the Armory is attached to. Staff was very friendly and personable. If I wanted to hangout at a bar and chat with bartender and staff this would be the place. The food was really good as well. The homemade New England Clam Chowder was wonderful. I had the reuben on marbled rye bread and my family ordered a burger and chicken sandwiches. We also ordered the pretzel bites. Everything we ordered was very good, nice portions, and seasoned perfectly. We really liked the buttery pretzel bites with the mustard. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the lack of timing with the food. The pretzels and chowder were supposed to be appetizers. Unfortunately the cook made everything all at once and served it at the same time. We were the only people in the restaurant so I'm not sure why that happened. Breakfast the next morning was really good. Pancakes were light and fluffy, good size portions. Breakfast potatoes and sausage were also very good. Potatoes tasted homemade and seasoned really well. We will definitely go back if we stay at the hotel again.

If you don't want to leave the hotel, this is a decent option. Note that Monday and Tuesday nights, the bar has a very limited menu of four items. But the bar itself is well-stocked.

Great food beautifully presented with strong drinks and friendly staff. Inside of a hilton garden inn but still worth stopping in even if you arent staying there. New takes on familiar food with more to come! Ill be back

Staying at the hotel where this restaurant is located, I opted for the ease of dining here as opposed to walking to other locations outside of the hotel. (It was super cold while I was in Burlington). Food was great and consistent with other Hilton Garden Inn restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

This place is surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant. It is always empty though and I think it's because no one knows how to find it Online unless you know it's called Armory! The wings are good I am told. We had a charcuterie tray that was delicious and abundant. Service was good, prices decent.

It was Thanksgiving and there was no family around this year, so we opted for a quiet Thanksgiving feast at the Armory. They didn’t disappoint. The meal was buffet style, with plenty of turkey, roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes, vegetables, breads and salad fixings. Interestingly, there was no soup offered. With the buffet, we were able choose and eat the exact amount of each item we wanted. The meal was topped off with apple or pumpkin pie with whipped cream. The location was not very busy, allowing for an quiet and intimate atmosphere. The Armory is on the pricey side, but the food and service was very good.

We were staying at the hotel and were able to eat there for breakfast. Their omelets were delicious. The cooks were very friendly and gave close attention to details. They had fresh fruit which was good, except there were a couple of pieces that were starting to have a hint of "spoiled" which caused me to not eat the rest of it. I'm not sure about the price of breakfast as we are Gold Hilton member, so it was free.
