As it stands right now with all the renovations you'll be expected to pay $20 for a not great deli sandwich. Cold. with a bag a pita chips. Breakfast is equally sad.
Vegetarian options: They had a selection of salads that I haven't tried.
Wheelchair accessibility: Its on the lobby floor of the hotel.

I flew into Burlington VT for a teaching assignment and needed to set up some specialized equipment for the class at the Hilton. Being a little pressed for time and already past normal lunch time I decided to stop by the Beacon at the hotel. I usually prefer local dining but I made an exception and I am glad I did. I was met with two amazing young ladies, Blake and Alison, who steered me through the menu and made recommendations. I also noticed an airline pilot setting at the next table eating a burger. He said his meal was delicious so ordered some sort of quinoa and fresh spinach salad topped with salmon. The salmon was cooked just right and the flavors blended superbly. Thanks Blake and Alison for surprising me an excellent dining experience.
My server Witt was incredible and friendly! Alexander, nate, and jay were incredible as well and the bar service was quick and welcoming. Thank you to the wonderful staff at beacon bar and lounge!

Just stopped at the lobby bar for a couple of drinks before dinner. Witt took great care of us and made sure the Maple Old Fashioneds we’re on point, and they sure were! Good stuff!
Witt was awesome and recommended his favorites, food came out great, no complaints.
