Ms. Shelley and her team are great, better be quick if you want to get a croissant though; they sell out far too quickly. If you're looking for a real French bakery on this side of the pond, this is your go to.
Belleville Bakery is my new favorite spot! The owner, Shelley, is so nice and always happy to help by answering any questions I have. Every single thing I have tried is delicious. The cookies, cheesecakes, and baby cakes are out of this world. Every bite is heavenly. I can’t wait to come back and try more!
Shelley and her team were absolutely delightful! We learned so much, met some really nice people, and tasted some delicious pastries. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about food and baking. Well worth a visit for a cooking / baking class.
