I ate dinner here and i will say the burger is fantastic but I left and was still a little hungry due to the amount of food that was on my plate vs the price I paid. Cost around 30$ for a burger that is very small. But overall the restaurant was good.

We had a poor experience. 1 hour and 10 minutes later our food arrived ... and our server didn't offer any apologies or even acknowledge the situation. In the end the food was acceptable. When I attempted to offer feedback regarding our experience the manager on duty didn't want to hear it. Look elsewhere if you're a discerning customer hoping to be treated as you would treat others.

Half off oysters between 5-6 pm for the win! I've been there a few times and haven't been disappointed. Definitely recommend the duck confit. Amazingly crispy duck and a very buttery risotto. Very friendly staff too. Just get past that you have to walk into the hotel lobby to get there. This place is for sure a little hidden gem for great food
In contrary to the bad reviews... They actually have great food and cooked perfectly. Loved the Artic Char, the duck, chicken romoulade & the calamari with squid ink. I'd definitely return and try the other dishes! Our servers were also very professional, friendly and very welcoming!

we visited this restaurant with our two kids on new year’s day, hoping to start 2025 with a pleasant family breakfast. unfortunately, the service we received from a waitress named HAZEL, who had two braided pigtails, was nothing short of discriminatory and unprofessional.
we ordered 4 breakfasts, but only 3 were served（as photo）. HAZEL gave my meal to a single woman who arrived after us. when we called her back to ask, she casually admitted her mistake, saying my meal would be remade and even mentioned that the item would be removed from our bill. however, this promise was not kept—what we received was an incomplete bill with unclear charges. we paid $100, but the bill only showed around $40 worth of items, covering barely half of what we ordered.
when my meal was finally served, HAZEL placed it on the table WITHOUT a single word of apology, NO smile, and NO acknowledgment—just a cold, dismissive attitude.
what made this experience even worse was the stark contrast in her demeanor. she was ALL smiles and warmth toward the two nearby tables of white customers but treated us, as an asian family, with indifference and disrespect.
I refrained from confronting her directly in front of my children to avoid creating an uncomfortable scene, but this behavior is unacceptable. on such a meaningful day, her actions completely ruined our mood.
respect and professionalism should be given to all customers, regardless of their background. HAZEL’s behavior was not only disappointing but also reflects poorly on the restaurant as a whole.

Excellent experience at this hotel and delicious dinner at Bleu! We started with a drink at the bar - Christopher was super friendly and makes an amazing espresso martini (he suggested trying it with tequila - so glad I did!). One of the servers, Ginny, was so knowledgeable about Burlington and gave us lots of suggestions of fun things to do while we were in town visiting family. She also recommended we try the mussels and fried feta as appetizers - delish!! For dinner, we had the Arctic Char & housemade veggie burger which were sooooo good! It's obvious the chefs are very passionate about their food, the quality was excellent and the presentation was perfect. Georgia was our server, she was very attentive to us and super knowledgeable about wines & made great pairing recommendations. Overall, an excellent dinner and we can't wait to go back!

This restaurant was a wonderful find! Who knew that such delicious food waited behind the Courtyard lobby. The chowder was some of the best we have eaten, and the farm burger was amazing, as was the dressing on the house salad. And the desserts, OMG, were they fabulous. The Vanilla ice cream was incredible, homemade with the added touch of lemon oil and sea salt. Our server Amanda, was just great.
