I flew into Burlington VT for a teaching assignment and needed to set up some specialized equipment for the class at the Hilton. Being a little pressed for time and already past normal lunch time I decided to stop by the Beacon at the hotel. I usually prefer local dining but I made an exception and I am glad I did. My server Witt was incredible and friendly! Alexander, nate, and jay were incredible as well and the bar service was quick and welcoming. Thank you to the wonderful staff at beacon bar and lounge!

Breakfast attached to the hotel. You order and pay at the counter. They have a few different hot breakfast options. They have other grab and go type breakfast items for purchase as well. My boyfriend and I both ordered the avocado toast. We grabbed our coffees from the counter and found a table. We had a waitress bring out our food. We were also offered water which was brought to our table. Very nice staff. I also liked that they had a VT maple syrup option for my latte!
