Many reviews call the bagels “OK” or “decent,” but few explain what they think is missing. Personally, I loved mine—the flavor was spot‑on and the texture was perfect. While I waited in line, I noticed the staff greeting regulars by name and treating everyone with genuine warmth. The upstairs seating area also offers a great view of the walking mall. My only real complaint is the lack of free Wi‑Fi, but I think the bagels make up for it.

Very busy busy place and it was a bit confusing when ordering since we only wanted drinks. Amazing hot chocolate and coffee, good service.

I'm a BHS student, and today I'm looking for a new morning drink spot. I had always been a huge fan of Black Cap, but the drinks are way too overpriced! So, I came here for a morning drink today.
I ordered a Vanilla Chai Iced Latte, and it was way cheaper, only 7$! There was also options for small or big, which Black Cap doesn't offer. The payment process was also very convenient, and the drink came out fast! The flavor was actually more fresh than Black Cap!
The service was awesome! They pay attention to every customer, and the atmosphere was pretty nice too!
Overall, this morning restaurant is a cheap, convenient, and consistent restaurant. Definitely one of the best morning brunch restaurants in Burlington!

Out of all the locations, this one must be the worst. The bagel sandwiches we ordered were okay, not that great. Especially the taylor ham had a sour taste. The two lattes we got were made right then but were cold. Terrible experience.
Food is good but facilities/toilets/tables & seating etc inadequate for the volume of customers being served

The lack of changing tables in the restrooms is unacceptable. Parents shouldn’t have to choose between taking kids outside or putting them on the floor of a diaper change is needed.
10/10 everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. 8/10 Maple Latte. Busy, long line but it moved quickly. Additional seating on upper level.

Today was mine and my husband’s first time trying a bagel and we must say that it was the best bagel we have ever had. So soft and a light crunch. Not tough at all. They are very generous with the cream cheese and it is so delicious!! We will definitely be going back. Also the staff are very friendly and fast!!!
This place sucks. Last time i went here I ordered a triple B with no chipotle mayo, get home there’s chipotle mayo. I tried to go again today and order the exact same thing and still MAYO. I asked them to remake it for me and once again there is chipotle mayo. no excuses for that let alone the attitude i received when i asked them to remake it. also worst coffee i ever tasted.

Cream cheese bagel was ok. Way too much cream cheese for my tastes and the bagel seemed... small but tall shaped.

I ordered the toasted whole wheat bagel. It was so dense and flavorless. Nothing redeeming about it except it's in a good location. I am surprised this place has so many good reviews.
