I visited this place recently and overall had a good experience. The location is nice, with a beautiful outdoor view that really adds to the atmosphere. Parking is limited though, with only a small space available, including a small bike parking/locking area.

The burger was juicy and very good in taste, but it seemed like it was prepared a bit in a rush. The ingredients were falling out between the buns, giving it a slightly unfinished look. With a little more attention to presentation, it could have been excellent.

The best part, however, is the ice cream – it’s high quality and makes for a perfect treat after the meal.

Overall, the place has potential, and with the good food, ice cream, and great view, it’s definitely worth a visit.

Great food and drinks. Delicious ice cream- hard and soft. Amazing view! Lots of seating and wonderful easy-going people. They even have several parking spots for customers.

Line was super long when my family went on a Wednesday night. Probably stood in line for 30-45 min. I think they either need more people on staff or more windows to keep the lines moving because they weren’t. Pretty place to watch the sunset though and I would say the maple creamie was delicious. Not sure if i would ever wait in that line again, but def a must try in your in town 😁

One of the best views of Lake Champlain. Unfortunately, they cook meat on the grill, so the inside often stinks.

Great fish tacos! Finally someone makes them without frying them. The view is incredible and the staff is great, I could tell they actually liked working there!

This place looks touristy but is actually enjoyed by locals. The patio views are fantastic. Parking is limited, best to walk or bike to. Some of the best maple ice cream in Burlington.

Great option for a quick lunch. Had the Vermonter. Classic sandwich and pretty tasty overall. Bread was a little dry probably from sitting out a bit during a lunch rush. Went inside to grab a couple drinks. Online orders pickup inside at the counter.

Offers simple fast food fare - sandwiches, wraps, hot and cold drinks - at reasonable prices. Dine inside or on the terrace overlooking Lake Champlain. If ordering sandwiches, make sure you specify what you want on your sammie, like condiments, veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, onions), or you’ll get what you get. Best of all, this place has great creemies and hard ice cream.

You can stop here for some ice cream with a view! It’s right by the water. We got the black raspberry and maple creemee. It’s very creamy but a little grainy, probably from the berries. Cute little spot!
