Dedalus Wine was a cool Wine Market that my girlfriend and I found when a local told us about visiting Pine Street. Boy are we glad we came down here. Our sommelier was very friendly and helpful with choosing the right bottle of wine for us!
Good atmosphere, good food, good drinks. I had made a reservation for a table but had no problem getting a bar seat instead. I was there on a Tuesday and it was half priced oysters - what a thrill! My bartender made an excellent recommendation based on my preferences. Oysters were great and shucked at the bar. The mignonette was perfect.
