The best bar in town- a dark & moody jazz bar with the most thoughtful cocktails made in the state. They consistently bring entertainment every day their open and their menu is vast and fun to explore. They also have the best catering bar in the state!
We enjoyed a couple of mocktails - Midwinter Nights Dream and Hoffman's Revenge - to go with the large chocolate chip cookie while we listened to the live jazz on a Thursday night. Very cool, appreciative vibe. The musicians and the service were top notch.
A gem of a place! I’m so glad we were able to be here on our trip to Vermont. Classy place with great drinks made by well trained bartenders serious about their craft. The live jazz is just icing on the cake. One suggestion- have the bartenders wear something that matches the level of the environment. Black t shirts and baseball hats really clashed with the experience. White oxford shirts with suspenders etc.
