Use to be a choice to get food delivered. Now, you never get your food delivered and when you try to contact people at the store, you are left on hold or given the run around. After two times in a row they have failed to deliver the service I PAID for, I will never give buisness to them again and will tell others in the area to do the same. Others at least deliver the food I order.

Please tell your employees to wash their hands the man at the register grabbed his hat rubbed his hair put his hat back on his head and then walked right over and continue to make a pizza without washing hands or putting on gloves! Also another day I was in there I seen a bunch of employees laughing over food which means spit was coming all out of their mouth onto the food and they was having a good old time. Please tell them to wear a masks wash their hands and take it serious cuz people can get sick. Thank you have a nice day!

Ordered pizza it was cooked wrong they forgot my sauces called the store and it’s been half an hour and i doubt I’m getting them. Probably the worst of the crappy pizza places around.

Terrible experience tonight! Pizza was ordered, we were notified ready at 10:52 PM. Went to pick it up, door LOCKED! Waited until 11:20, couldn't reach live person or anyone to let my daughter inside to pick up her order!!

Domino's it's pretty close to our place. It's always a good place to get a last minute meal on the go. The staff is always courteous and our food is always made right on time. They pay attention to the details that we put in our order and we definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a pie in the new North end Burlington
Parking: The parking is a little bit tight, but that's no different than anywhere in burlington. They make it pretty accessible where you can just pull up to the restaurant go and grab your food and go
Kid-friendliness: They're just friendly all together. There's a good vibe in there every time I go in

Just order from a local pizza place and save yourself the trouble... We ordered our food at 6:30pm and didn't receive the food until 8:15pm. When the food arrived it was cold, not just the pizza but the sandwich and the chicken as well. Like it had been sitting in a refrigerator (or a car in 20 degrees) cold. Cold to the degree of being inedible unless heated back up. Upon receiving the food we called the location to inform them our food was in fact inedible and were only offered coupons or for them to "re-make it" why would I want coupons for food I've received and was unhappy with? I'm not going to order from here again so that's not a very smart thing to offer. As for remaking the food, if the staff can't complete my order the first time what faith can I have in them to complete it a second time while probably unhappy with me for complaining, I've worked in the food industry I know how it is when customers complain. When asking if I could receive a refund I was told by the gentleman on the phone that the only way I could do so was I'd I returned the food by "bringing it back in". That floored me considering I paid for the food to be delivered and I saw that solution as a very "I don't care you're lying" brushing me off response. While completely unsatisfied with my order and the service from Dominos on North Ave in Burlington VT I am very glad to have received the service I did today as a reminder to only order from the better and more reliable local choices such as NYPO or Leonardo's. So thanks for that I guess.

I've tried to do business at this place but they're just terrible. I ordered the chicken elfredo but there was ZERO chicken in it. I thought it must have been a mistake and people make mistakes so I didn't say a word. Three days later I ordered chicken Alfredo and again NO CHICKEN. This type of thing happens every single time. (I would like to say that GORDON is a professional and whenever He's handled my order everything has been excellent BUT) They've come missing items and act like I'm a huge A hole for wanting them to get it. I'm done with this place. Ridiculous.

Unfortunately, my order was messed up and when I got to the store was told to wait for another 10-15 minutes. When I came back in they were still trying to make the pizza with my toppings again. But they messed it up and cooked it without toppings for a second time. I told them at this point we were just hungry and didn't care if the pizza was without toppings and they gave me the pizza free of charge. So after 20 extra minutes of waiting at dominos I did end up getting a free pizza but it was an unfortunate string of events. Gladly I will say the staff genuinely seemed to try and do right by the customer. I likely won't eat here again.
