Hours say until 7pm but this is one of those places that will close 45 minutes early with no explanation. Extremely frustrating when you look up the hours of operation and travel to the location, just to find the door locked. Even the hours on the door say 7pm…..

If you want to have a horrible start to your day visit this DD. I have tried several times to give the store a chance and this was my last. The food and drink is at DD standards yet the management needs immediately replacement unless you like being ignored and given attitude if you ask for yours or other's orders. Experience was so uncomfortable I even called the main corporate office.

If I could rate it a zero I would. The staff were laughing with a customer (one of their friends) who was bragging they stole my food and sarcastically said it tasted great. Then the one cooking complained they had to make another one. It’s a frozen sandwich that goes in an oven not that hard to cook. Staff are awful. Only one who was nice was some woman who was Spanish. Think she was the lead person. The rest are extremely rude. What do you expect for Dunkin’ donut though. Never going there ever again
