Best dumplings in this area! Ive been to almost every chinese restaurant in this area and this place blows every other restaurant out of the park! And I know its good chinese good because I am from New York and we love our chinese food.
I was craving dumplings and was so happy to see a dumpling place downtown Burlington! The chili oil I got on the side was so good. I recommend this place if you are in the Burlington area. The only shame is that they aren’t open every day!

I remember eating Ms. Hong's Dumplings on Church Street with her cart. She has the best Dumplings in the City. After eating these i would defiantly drive 2 hours just to have them. I wish she had more options though. The City of Burlington residents loved her so much they helped pitch in for her to get her own store. Now that says alot doesn't it? I also wish she would sell frozen Dumplings and even sell them in bulk. She could get rich selling them.
