Food was delicious, margarita was also quite good. Everything aside from burritos and quesadillas is already gluten-free, no need to order it special. My child has celiac disease so they eat gluten-free. I do not need to eat gluten-free, although my meal was. I don't think if I didn't know it was gluten-free I would have have been able to tell. At the end of the meal we asked our server what we should do as we had a few days remaining in Burlington. Not only did they write out a list for us, she went and checked with the other servers and added a few more items. Way beyond what we were hoping for when we asked. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are gluten-free free and not used to having that many options. We might return before we leave town, as the team was exceedingly friendly and helpful.

This is a cute little taco joint in Burlington. I really like the atmosphere and layout, and they serve a great margarita. The beans and rice are certainly up to snuff. My favorite taco I've had here is the fish taco. I have had better Mexican in other parts of the country, but I have been satisfied with my meal both times I've been.

Went here for dinner on the way up north and it was such a cute spot (looked like a converted diner). The servers and cook were all very friendly, and even brought out small toys for the toddler with us to play while we waited. The food was pretty average though.

It was a good attempt, but man, disappointing. Carnitas was full of water, didn't eat it. Told waitress when she asked how things were, she was oblivious on how to handle. Food was bland and rice was undercooked. No seasoning.

I got the chips/guac and 2 of their tacos (one frijoles and one camote) specifically with vegan cheese. It was fine! Nothing spectacular. The restaurant was cute and cozy and the staff was friendly/knowledgeable of vegan substitutions. Updated from previous review on 2025-12-31

The food here is exceptional — I felt like my stomach had been transported straight to Mexico! Our server, Alice, was truly top-tier, and the chef even brought out our taquitos personally, adding a warm and personable touch. If you’re looking for a taqueria with amazing flavors and plenty of good vibes, this is the place to be!

An adorable restaurant right by church street in Burlington. The food was delicious, the service was speedy and the prices were fair. I got the rice and bean bowl and my only complaint would be that it was a little too dry. It was so filling and I ended up taking half of it home to eat for dinner the next night. My girlfriend got the pork belly special burrito and said it was amazing. They also had the Nah-jito and had them flavor it with the seasonal pomegranate flavoring. We both loved that this mocktail had the bitterness and complexities of a real cocktail unlike other mocktails which just feel like juice and soda. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Extremely expensive. Got a takeout order and it was super small portion for a $20!!! Carnitas burrito. Very disappointed and was given no silverware or napkins on a takeout order
