Staff unionized so they closed it completely. All you need to know about this company.

The one particular dish that we like is awesome. But they don't answer their phone. And that is no way to run a business.....

Ramen was bland and they used spaghetti instead of ramen noodles. This place is gross.

The place advertised being open online and I went all the way there to find them closed through the holidays

Absolutely horrible service and food! I found the owners email and I'll be sending a very detailed account of our meal. I advise all the bad reviewers do the same. This place needs to close and stop ripping of the people of Burlington! Kelley Jones 6787 W. Absolute joke of "authentic" ramen. My wife and I both ordered ramen, and for some reason, received two different kinds of noodles. The pork in mine was more like bacon than the chashu listed on the menu, and was incredibly cold. My wife's chicken was breast meat as opposed to chashu as well. The broth was very flat, with very poor flavor. They didn't have traditional soup spoons nor the soft-boiled egg (ajitama) typically seen with an authentic ramen. The building looked rough, and the wait staff were not attentive at all. At one point, we asked for refills on our drinks, just coke, and they had to come back and ask what we wanted after agreeing to get more. We waited for menus for 15 minutes after being seated, and our waiter was more interested in chatting behind the bar with coworkers than checking on his tables. Overall, extremely poor experience.

No Thanks

Food sure was good but boy their owners and management sure are not like water. Bit too erudite and inhumane. Wonder why they have such a high turnover? Mystery.

CREEPY MANAGEMENT!!! I dined here about a week ago and the service was incredible (probably the kindest and most attentive bartender I've ever met). The food was also delicious, but I can't in good conscience give this place anything but one star after the way I saw management treat the staff. I saw an older man wearing an American flag hat calling a waitress who can't have been older than 16 "mommy". The poor girl was visibly uncomfortable and looked on the verge of tears (I don't even want to imagine what he must be like behind closed doors). Again the food was very good and the service better, but I would avoid supporting any business that allows this predatory behavior.

11:45 was not opened. Just the 6th restaurant in Burlington, in 2 days, where they don’t respect opening hours…

I was told by the business via Instagram DMs that many of their dishes are vegan, including the vegetable shoyu ramen. Thankfully, before ordering I double checked - only to be told that the noodles have egg in them, so the only option is to have broth without noodles. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice, but the team who runs the Instagram account should have a better understanding of the menu before they answer questions about dietary restrictions incorrectly. I ended up paying over $20 including tip, which the server absolutely deserved, for a bowl of broth with a side of white rice.Vegetarian options: Not great, they made it seem like they have a ton of options when I asked online but they really don't.Dietary restrictions: The in house team are great and knowledgeable, however I wouldn't have dined here if the social media person had not misinformed me. They don't know the menu, so if you have questions don't ask on social media.

The fried chicken wasn't crispy and it was not a good value for the food

i always sit at the bar and order the same thing the chicken shoyu ramen, sometimes the service is slow as i don’t know if they have as many workers but the ramen is amazing, the drinks are good and i do like how the bar area is decorated.
