Do Not Order A Delivery From Here. They Operate Their Own Delivery & Dan Will Not Call You On Arrival And Will Say Someone Probably Stole It When You Call In About Your Delivery. I’ve Been A Customer Of Insomnia Way Before It Was Even A Thought Of In Burlington And This Is Not How Their Employees Operate In NYC. Completely Unacceptable and I’ll get My Vegan Cookies From Healthy Living In The Future
Good selection of cookies. I had the chocolate chocolate chunk. Very good!
Warm cookies and cold ice cream. What's not to like? The large cookies are a better value.
The staff were so kind and diligent. They answered all of our questions and were really patient. The place was also very well lit and clean. Great spot.
Rip off prices. One small chocolate cookie, with two small scoops of ice cream for $8.50.
Cookies were just okay. Unfortunately, they were sold out of almost everything. I wouldn't go back. They're too expensive for the quality.
Update: went back about a year later. Terrible cookies, inedible. I threw them away. Yuck! - Ended up with food poisoning a few hours later.

For the record, I LOVE insomnia. I was excited when I heard one was coming to Burlington. When I worked in NYC, my coworkers and I would make runs to the closest Insomnia more times than we should have. Point is, I love their cookies.
My wife and I have had the cookies only twice from this location. The first time, the cookies just weren’t good. The second time, I went in and asked for one of each flavor. I was not given one of each and the worker seemed confused at my request. Ultimately, we were lucky because the cookies tasted old. We haven’t been back and I’ll just get cookies shipped up from NYC from Schmackery’s.
If you told me this was a random business just using the Insomnia name, I’d believe it. It’s a shame. If you’ve had the cookies and hated them, give their other locations in NYC a shot if you’re down there.
Went here for the 1st time today and I was not disappointed!! Upon walking in to the store, I was greeted by smiling faces and the most amazing fresh baked cookie smell ever! We got the Deluxe Confetti, classic Snikerdoodle, and the classic Chocolate Chip. By far the best cookies I've had in a while, in fact was 100% more satisfied than I was with Crumbl. Insomnia Cookies is the place to go for a great sweet treat!! Would definitely recommend giving this place a try. I will be going back MANY times!
Very overpriced for a small bite of a cookie. I thought it was a joke when I saw the size of them especially when you pay $7 for 2 cookies. Never mind how the staff acted like we were bothering them when we walked in. Won’t go back again.
I went here while in the area to try out their cookies after getting recommended to by an acquaintance, and the cookie I got was really good and the workers were friendly.
Unfortunately, I ended up paying more than I should have because for whatever reason, they didn't have any spare change in their register and I was forced to either pay more or forget the cookie.
The building also had relatively little decor and what looked like a furnace sitting in the middle of the room, and it didn't make for a great experience.

Definitely avoid this place, the staff is incredibly unfriendly. Went in and there were no other customers so we asked for a recommendation for what cookies to pick. The staff refused to respond before demanding we pick our own
I love going into this store whenever I'm in Burlington area. The cookies are always baked to perfection and the sales people are helpful and sweet. Liv in particular has been my sales person at least twice and her attitude is always helpful and well mannered. My kiddos love the cookies and it's a good price for the amount you get. Not to sweet and always taste like they are right out of the oven. Even after a evening in the box. :)
This bakery is by far one of my favorite places to visit ever since the new manger took over, the staff are always friendly and having a good time, when I first visited the store back when it opened I would agree with the old reviews but now it is always a great interaction the employees are kind and helpful, cookies are warm and perfectly chewy, for the location and the amount of homeless in the area the store is always clean and smells delicious at all times, I always look forward to visiting this bakery and having a conversation with whichever employee I run into
Great place to grab a quick snack when walking around. Love a hot and fresh cookie in the winter. Just wish they had a few chairs to sit and eat, there wasn’t anywhere comfortable to eat the cookies inside in the warmth.
Got terrible food poisoning from here. Never going back.
