Honestly,
This is the best sandwhich I’ve ever had. They pay attention to the online orders and make sure you get what you want. (Drunk) or sober this sandwich will hit.

Bim is the absolute best! kind, attentive, and probably makes some of the best (and most affordable) subs in all of burlington. i’ve been coming here for years and was very happy to see someone so wonderful take over the business

the burrito might be the worst thing in the world and stretches the definition of food but those paninis are fire
Amazing owner and business! Would give 6 stars if I could lol.
Great service and great deli sandwiches! Highly recommend trying one of the paninis. Low price too!
Great sandwiches and burritos! Super affordable. Think $11-12 out the door where most places in BTV charges $16+. Hidden gem! Great place to grab a couple supplementary groceries, snacks or beer late at night. Owner works all the time and js very nice.

We dropped by here today and while the parking was dookie and getting in/out as a cane user wasn't exactly Fun Central the food was solid for a little hole in the wall (literally, there's not enough room for two people to pass simultaneously at several points in this place- it's small). If you're chair bound or using a walker call ahead and let them know so they can bring the order to the door. If you can't manage the stretch from the tiny parking lot outside the field just past it on the right you're limited to two bumper to bumper spots upfront. The accessibility is the roughest part of this place imo. Freshness wasn't a problem, and while the menu wasn't terribly expansive there were enough options and you could customize as desired- cost wasn't bad either. The wait was nothing compared to most places. I'd definitely swing by this place again ?
Wheelchair accessibility: It is absolutely NOT wheelchair accessible and I had to be careful with my cane- there's a steep step at the entryway.

A little bit hole-in-the-wallish, I got a great sandwich for lunch though it seemed a bit pricey. Convenient walk to the hospital. They have some outdoor seating but it was too cold. Wide selection of drinks, chips, etc.Would definitely return.

I think the ownership change has been great for this place. Better sandwiches and better hours. Hope they keep up the great work!

I didn't try any of the food, but the moderately lower prices are a HUGE relief when a cup of coffee at the city center costs as much as $4 compared to the $1 here. The owner is a pretty chill guy who used to go to college in Burlington. He seems to run the whole place himself.

Forget the bad reviews, the food is amazing and the price is just right.I'm gonna go ahead and suggest that the bad reviews have ulterior motivations. The new owner is amazing and is doing an excellent job.

Since the ownership change the store has gone downhill. I used to get a chicken salad sub and it had fresh chicken in it....I went to get the same which I thought would be similar, was I wrong....it was chicken in a can. Disgusting! And charged over $ 10 for a small. I also missed being able to by homemade salad to go. Don't think I'll visit again.
