We tried to order through take out but after 5 minutes waiting in line, someone behind the tall divider making food yelled that there was a long wait for food. When I asked how long, he very nastily yelled back and said maybe an hour, maybe longer depending on what you order.

It looks like from the reviews, we dodged a bullet.

Amazing place to go to eat and drink, prices are really good and the food tastes great. All of the staff are very friendly and the vibe is chill!

I stopped by and bought a slice of pepperoni pizza to go, I hadn't read the bad reviews about this place; However, for me, the experience was good. Attention and fast service, I liked the flavor too. Made on time and good quality!

Went in as a born New Yorker with high expectations when I saw that it stated "new york pizza". They were right... unfortunately it was midtown Manhattan pizza. Not bad.. but definitely did not scratch the good pizza itch... the crust was indeed nice and chewey while crunchy at the same time... the cheese was freshly shredded mozzarella (the oil is a dead giveaway and I am not at all mad) the downfall in my opinion is the sauce... a bit thick and tastes like it was canned. The fried cheese curds were very nice.. they did hit the spot...

Beers on tap were broken, no cans available, and the pizza is trash. They make a cheese pizza and then slap your toppings on after the fact. Avoid.

I recently dined at your establishment and wanted to provide some feedback regarding my experience. While the food was quite good, particularly the subs and pasta, I was disappointed with the service.

The server lacked effective communication skills and demonstrated a somewhat dismissive attitude. For example, when she approached our table, there was no introduction or guidance regarding the menu. When I ordered a beer, she informed me that all draft options were unavailable, which would have been helpful to know beforehand.

Additionally, she frequently bumped into my mother's chair without any acknowledgment, which was quite distracting. We also ordered two pasta dishes that were supposed to come with bread, but when we inquired about it, she mentioned that they were out. Again, this information would have been beneficial to have before placing our orders.

We sat outside near College Street and hoped for a more attentive dining experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.

It's unfortunate that I have to leave a mediocre to bad review for this place. The food was pretty good. We had meatball and chicken parm subs and they were good. Unfortunately, the server here was horrible. She was rude and inattentive. All of the draft beers were down, when we ordered 2 pasta dishes, they didn't tell us that they were out of garlic bread until after it arrived. Then she acted like she didn't care about the inconvenience, we would not have ordered them. I should have read the reviews like I usually do before going, I would not have gone.

Good food, good alcohol, good employees, until I met one of the manager! He embarassed the employees, himself, and the company! I cam’t wait to go back to Burlington, but will never step foot in there again because of this experience!
