Service was fast and presentation was great. Higher prices but quality food and beautiful presentation!!
In the pictures we fries, Gem lettuce, pork belly and Tuna crudo. Drink is a Madrid sour.

They were semi finalists in the 2025 James Beard awards... And you can see why. We tried the tuna crudo (10/10), tremolo bread, fried green tomatoes, crispy pork belly (10/10), grilled vegetables and more.
Cannot recommend this place enough. Seek it out. Make the time.
