I always look forward to their Impossible kabobs made with great care and consideration for both allergies and inclusion of local ingredients. The flavor is amazing and the service is so friendly. Food is often a bridge between cultures. It’s a great reminder that deep down, we are all surviving in a world together, and despite our differences and struggles, we are nothing more than human. I seriously cannot emphasize enough how much food like this tiny cart changes perspectives on the cultural values and significance of said cultures and countries. From my travels to France and Italy, across the US from Florida to Maine, Boston to LA, and Mexico to Canada, nothing I have eaten compares to the simplicity and beauty of the one small Iranian food cart present on the side of a lonely road.

Everything I have tried has been excellent, whether it’s a chicken kebab pita sandwich, porridge, lamb kebab platter with saffron rice, or pre-made meals to go! I have yet to try the impossible kebab but am planning to go soon with a vegan friend so we can try it. I have no doubt it will be tasty! Everything is made fresh and is served with a smile.

SO DARN GOOD! Best kabob in the northeast. All fresh all organic. You can tell how much consideration the chef puts in to his dishes. Plus the chef created his own mobile outdoor kitchen that you just have to see.
