What a gem! We were greeted by a sweet host, served by Alex (friendly and professional) and even another server came by to chat..my heart felt happy to be in a loving atmosphere. We lack that in so many Vermont restaurants. The owner obviously cares about a strictly clean space. The bathrooms were spotless, the restaurant floors were spotless and even the squeeze bottles on the tables were spotless. That shows integrity and an insight on how everyone has been trained well. It naturally feels like a place we will be visiting weekly. Thank you for providing a safe, tasty and warm space to the public.

The food here was so so good. The staff were incredibly efficient, funny and friendly. They treated us like family. The complimentary tea was a nice touch. The food came out very fast even though they were had a full house inside. Bonus: the mango shake is a must. It’s so fresh and tasty. Definitely making this place a route stop.

Few times in my life have I experienced the joy I felt eating Pho Hong’s beef pho. I hope I experience this joy again on my child’s wedding day though I wouldn’t expect too because the broth was just that good. 10/10
