The staff at Pokeworks were very rude and hostile. After using the kiosk at the front of the counter I was waiting for about 10 minutes before getting the text to signify that my order was ready. Following this text I approached the employee behind the counter to ask where the food was. He responded in a belittling tone that it wasn’t ready, I was confused by this since I had gotten the text saying the food was in fact ready. After showing the text to this worker, he decided to raise his voice and repeat that the food was simply not ready and that I needed to wait. While this could have been a simple miscommunication, this employee elevated the situation into a very unpleasant conversation.

Bubble tea was disgusting too!!! ?EDIT: I tried numerous contacts with the restaurant to try to get my money back but they simply ignored me. DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!!!????????????????

I came across this place as I was walking up Church Street looking for a lunch spot. They have signature dishes, or you could build your own. There is an array of fish, toppings, and sauces to choose from. The server was friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting. The portion size was just right (not too small, but not too filling). Great location and reasonable prices. Would recommend this spot!

i never had the food i only get the boba but the food looks nasty. the avocados are brown and the garlic musubi has been there untouched for a whole week. almost everything is in the other food. the service is slow, if you know you have a long line work faster so that other people can get their food faster. but why $6.05 for a boba? that is small boba that is mostly filled with ice. the first time i got boba there it was okay it was kind of watered down tho(milk tea boba) the second time it was a lot of boba( same flavor but i LOVE extra boba) the third time i got the matcha but it didn’t taste like matcha it tasted like the milk tea. i got less boba and it was kind of hard but it’s overpriced. this is some asian chipotle. i have a question for you: how many times do you wash the rice? or do you not wash the rice?

I’m very disappointed with this place. I ordered online and paid an extra $16.50 for extra lobster. There was absolutely not one piece of lobster. Wanted flavor on the side, no sauce included and no utensils. This is outrageous. I will not be returning.

Yummy food tasted and felt fresh, the staff weren’t super nice or anything but they weren’t rude. clean environment. when they ask what level of flavor they’re talking sauce the sriracha aioli is no joke super hot, good tho. the new miso chicken ramen also pretty good surprisingly i would suggest it’s cheap and good.
