The first time I came here, the entree I got was very under spiced and underwhelming. I decided to give it a second chance and was honestly blown away. We got the nacho starters, Buffalo tacos, and their maple and coconut cakes. Everything was incredible! The portions weren't too big but I was very full and satisfied at the end. Our server was also great! Nice spot for a fancier occasion. Just wish that they were 100% vegan. *Update as of 12/2/23 - FYI they now serve fish…very upsetting. We had such a wonderful night at Revolution Kitchen! The food was so fresh and delicious, everyone at the table loved what they ordered. Delectable desserts as well! Welcoming and warm waitstaff too. We will be going back often!

Exceedingly disappointed. As a long time customer and vegan I can confidently say I will not be coming back. The new owners appropriated the name and building of a vegan restaurant and promptly turned their back both on the brand and community that loved it.

This is not the same restaurant that used to be one of the best vegan establishments in all of New England. I have to leave a bad review because despite selling the restaurant and no longer serving only plant based dining, they maintain the same name and appear to be riding the wave of their previous reputation. The food disappoints, especially for the price. It was worth it before, but the quality has gone down significantly and no longer justifies the price. The bathroom door lock was broken, with people walking in on others using the bathroom the whole night. Further and most alarming is that items labeled vegan cannot be trusted to be completely vegan - our vegan dishes contained dairy.

Predominantly a vegetarian and vegan menu with pescetarian options.

Food was some of the best I’ve had in VT (and beyond). Had Vegan ravioli dish, and I’m not Vegan. It was outstanding. I can’t recommend RK enough for those who want flavor and fresh ingredients.

My first visit to Revolution Kitchen was AMAZING! The atmosphere was intimate and serene. I started with a wonderful glass of wine (carefully curated and listed on the menu) and selected ricotta toast as an appetizer. If you have never had homemade ricotta, you don't know what you're missing. Beautiful presentation and delicious!I chose the mushrooms and grits as my entree and was not sorry. It was fresh and flavorful- you can taste the love that goes into these dishes. Don't let the Vegetarian label scare you off. If you want a special meal in a special place, visit RK.I also got to talk with the owner- she is committed to contributing positively to the Burlington community and to supporting as many local growers and suppliers as possible.

The maple cake will forever live on in my dreams. The atmosphere is cozy. The food was great, but it was expensive.

I loved this place. I'm not a vegetarian but I'll be back for sure. Order a few things for the table. There isn't a lot of seating...

Amazing! My husband and I are not vegans but stumbled upon this place while in town. We were greeted by the friendliest host and they had Hill Farmstead on tap! The food was simply amazing, so fresh and so delicious. Must go even if you aren't vegan!

Loved this place so much and cannot wait to visit again! We ordered 1) buffalo cauliflower tacos, 2) miso maple glazed shishito peppers, 3) fig and goat cheese wonton salad, 4) roasted butternut squash and pumpkin ravioli and for dessert pumpkin pie with ginger graham cracker crust. Everything was so delicious and could not stop thinking about this place. Other restaurants can't hold a candle to this place! Make sure to call for a reservation ... so many people tried to walk in and got turned away.
