I went 3 hours out of my way to bring some friends here. My first introduction was a different location in Vermont, but it was such a core memory that when discussing places to eat, one of the members in our party mentioned the Skinny Pancake, and I knew I would walk away full with no regret about the food quality. Great ambiance, great dark coffee blend, crepe had a hearty amount of ham and cheese, overall awesome experience.
Oh and the bacon was exceptionally good.
