First time visiting Splash at the Boathouse. Food was delicious, server was attentive and excellent, food choices for kids and adults. The lobster sliders were divine! My only complaint would be that is was sunny and warm but we couldn't put our table umbrella up because it was a little windy. So we got a sunburn. So be aware to bring a hat and suites glasses as all but the bar seating is out in the open. Restaurant is on a floating dock, so if you get seasick easily, beware! Amazing views as you're right on the lake. Otherwise a great experience and we will go back!

We had to wait for a table, which was less time than they said. Which was lovely and they sent a text when the table was ready. The service was prompt and friendly. The food and beverages were fantastic. The view, you couldn't pay for a better view. It was a great lunch. You can't go wrong here.

Closest you can get on a hot, sunny day, to the Caribbean in Northern Vermont 😎

My son and I get there at 6:45 and they say it's a 45-minute wait but I could sit on the deck and watch the sunset over the lake and mountains and have a beer while I wait. Good deal. An hour and 20 minutes later I inquire about my wait and I'm told that the system bumped us out, they're closing and they can't seat us. If you can't seat somebody until 7:30 and you close at 8:00 p.m., shouldn't you say something to the potential guest?

The atmosphere is literally just a bunch of mannerless yuppies with vastly overpriced boats spilling beer and drinks out of plastic cups all over the deck.

not bad. i ate ceaser salad wrap and it was delicious. the staff was nice although they were a little distracted. we were sitting by the water so we had good view.

here’s the reason why i’m not giving this place more than 3⭐️: when we were in the middle of the meal, waitress came and put down the parasol! im shocked! she should definitely do that after we finish and go.

Splash is my go to restaurant when I want the nice view of the lake. The food is pretty good but very pricey (similar to Spot on the Dock). I prefer Splash, because I think the food is better here. I usually get the lobster sliders which is cheaper than the lobster roll (although you’re getting the same amount of lobster).
