First time ordering here thru the app. I wanted to try the Strawberry Crème Frappuccino and it was delicious! It gets pretty busy from time to time. It’s inside market 32, so you can do your shopping after getting your drink.

The shaken espresso shouldn’t be half foam, and if I ask for a little more caffe to offset it, I shouldn’t be told that’s just how the coffee is, i haven’t even taken a sip yet

Starbucks has abysmal customer service and apparently has no control over their products or gift cards from which they profit by selling them to third party vendors. They also claim they have no way to trace their gift cards by the gift card number. I received a Starbucks gift card for Christmas from my elderly mother. When I tried to use the card at a local Starbucks I was told the card was inactive and advised to call the customer service number on the back of the card. After an email to customer service and four different phone calls to customer service (which is what the email told me to do), I did not receive a resolution to the problem. I was told to go back to the place the card was purchased (in another state 12 hours away) or to tell my elderly mother to do so and dispute the charges. Since this is not possible I cannot use the card and my eighty year old mother has wasted $25. What a lousy business model and what ridiculous customer service! Buy your coffee locally. At least they can follow up if something goes wrong.

Excellent location inside Market 32 Price Chopper, with plenty of tables and charging ports. Though what really makes this place: The baristas. Gracious, friendly, fast, attentive employees who don't even work for tips (Price Chopper policy). Try one of their many inventive daily specials.

Covid at Shelburne Rd., Starbucks. Covid concerns: the outside chairs and tables at the Shelburne Road location have all been piled up. Not having a place to sit outside forces people to eat inside. Obviously this is more of a Covid problem than to have people outside. Either way, Those eating will not have masks on, but at a socially respectable distance of 6 feet or more outside the risk is minimized. Seems rather ironic to require a mask inside, which I agree with, but not have an opportunity to stay outside and enjoy the good coffee and food.I love Starbucks, but this is rather frustrating.

The Starbucks inside Marker 32 won't accept payment via the app (with linked credit card) unless there is a gift card preloaded. I'm not loading a gift card when my CC is already linked, and I'm not interested in going to that Starbucks if I can't get points. Employees are very friendly, drinks are good, but they need to fix their payment options.

I usually have a great experience here but today the staff were beyond kind for something that was completely outside their control! The breakfast sandwich I had ordered hadn't come in their shipment so not only did they offer to make me a new one they also gave me a gift card for the issue unprompted. Really solid customer service and I really appreciated the kindness during times like these!

Nice place to have breakfast. Do not disturb. She hope that she had never get involved with your parents. Stop leaking the privacy and prevent causing any further harm.If you protect the privacy. She will also protect your privacy. And there is no privacy leaking any more. So cherish your family. Wish your kids a happy and healthy life. Good bye. She knows nothing.
