I’m a BHS student, and this is week 6 of my 🍴Student Eareries Series🍴
Today I am craving a fast and tasty dinner, since I have a night event to get to. I figured subway would be the best place to go since it’s the nearest to the school.
The atmosphere was okay, but we did see a bug on the floor. Not a very good impression. Also, there are no tissue papers in the restaurant, which is a huge minus.
The service was good! Fast and simple, the server answered questions and the ordering process was really easy.
The food is of course the star of the show. I ordered a footlong Philly Cheesesteak with added jalapeños, onions, bell peppers, and a medium size Pepsi Cola Fountain Drink. The sandwich is PERFECT for spicy lovers! A fresh and rich flavor, and a perfect spice! The meat and cheese was also great. Also get a sauce, it’ll change the entire flavor of the sandwich! The soda here also hits DIFFERENT! That carbonated flavor makes the sodas here great.
Overall very fresh and rich food, the service is quick and easy, although the atmosphere could be a little questionable. There are also no tissue papers here.

Recently had my Subway app hacked somehow and someone placed an order for pickup at this location (I live across the US and have never been to Vermont) with my card info used to pay for it. Called the store and talked to an employee and explained the situation to him and he put me on the phone with the manager. I described the situation to him and tried to see if they could cancel the order or throw the food in the trash if it was already made. That way whoever placed a pickup order with my info would not get their food. The manager proceeded to not say a word and hang up when I got done talking. Horrible customer service.

So far the best customer serivce ive experienced in Vermont! Young woman preparing my sandwich was an absolute gem, professionally friendly with a great and contagious positive attitude.Ingredients are the freshest ive had in a longtime at Subway which hits the mark of "Eat Fresh". Churro was ok, nice to try and dont come here specifically for it.Unfortunately had to remove a star, almost 2 because older supervisor/manager was poorly handling the situation and it wasnt even busy. She treated the employee serving me a bit rudely which left a bad experience as a patron given she was serving me with amazing courtesy.

I pre-ordered via app and my food was not ready, though I was late by 15mins. But the guy on the counter prepared my sandwich perfectly, so 5 stars to him.

We came in right before closing time 15 minutes before people looked at us with the death glare and wanted us to leave immediately although they did service our sandwiches which we paid more than $25 for we still got next to nothing very shabby won't ever ever go there

Hey it's a local sandwich spot where the staff are friendly and it's super clean! Downtown but without the hassle of no parking... there's a parking lot right behind this one.
