Went there for lunch 01/26. The menu is unique but too creative with the mixture of ingredients in each dish. Some or many may like it but we were not looking for adventures in new combinations. Some new things yes, but a couple staples would be nice.
The service was hard to grade as our rather long wait on our food was because there was a problem in the kitchen, we were finally told. Server did not check on us much while waiting due to the problem in the kitchen. We must have waited 45 minutes for the food. When it came out, two plates had some type of roasted potatoes covered in seasoning but they were hard; dry, and room temperature. We did not eat them. The rest of the food was meh, but a couple other patrons seemed to like their food, for what it's worth.
We decided we were going to talk to the mgr about the bill because over $65 for 3 people who had to wait over 45 minutes for meals that weren't eaten was a bit much. When the check came there was 10% taken off each plate - total approx $6.50. We thought they could have done better all things considered but didn't want to cause a confrontation about the check, so paid it and left. Gave a 15 or 16% tip which was generous considering we waited a while without being checked on. Wasn't her fault there was a problem in the kitchen, but we should have found out sooner and kept on the loop.
Some may have had great experiences here, but ours was disappointment. If the menu had a few more modernized staples we might go again for another try, but we will not. Check the menu before you go, you may love it.

Happy to find a restaurant with vegan options while visiting Burlington, Vermont. We arrived after 7pm and it was quite busy. We were grateful to be seated quickly. Our food did take awhile but we understood. Our server Peter was polite and attentive. I had the jalapeno black bean fritters and seared cauliflower small plates. Both were flavorful. The mint chocolate chip cheesecake was delicious. Perfect to split.

Went for apps and drinks with coworkers and everything was great. We loved the Seared Cauliflower and Patatas Bravas, and the Chili Crush is a must if you like a spicy margarita. Our server, Cemile was so kind and great to us! Already looking forward to our next visit!
