With great drink recommendations and a dazzling charm I think I might just call it now. The greatest service I will ever receive and the best restaurant I will ever go to.

The Daily Planet was one of my all time favorite restaurants in Burlington when I first moved here 9 years ago. They had this duck poutine dish that I have been chasing ever since. I recognize that new owners do things differently but ever since the new owner took over Daily, the food has been respectfully, awful. I'm not sure if it's just the chefs not caring but I've gone probably 15 times since new ownership happened and every single time, the food has been either too bland, uncooked, cold, or just too salty. It makes me extremely sad, I hope there's a change soon.
