Rarely write reviews, so understand how disrespectful the manager was too us. Hostess told 3 of us to sit in a booth, as we tried to sit down a manager rudely told us to get up and then when he realized we were directed to the booth by hostess, he expressed his anger and dissatisfaction. I am a 60 year old paying customer with my wife and college son, and i would never go near this place again. Arrogant guy. Manager never came back to apologize, so take your business to a place that appreciates and deserves your business. Pizza was alright, but frankly we wished we had just left the place when the manager made us feel unwelcome. Go anywhere but this place.

I was with a party of 5 and the earlier ran canceled our plans so we strolled down Church Street. We wanted outdoor seating so we grabbed a table at Ken's Pizza. It was completely fine. Service was fine. Food was fine. Price was fine. If you are out doing the same stroll keep going south!

Amazing pizza and friendly diverse customer service and accommodations!! As city girl, I found this establishment to serve some "badass" pizza!! Satisfied. Their drinks are pretty tipsy friendly as well! I had a receipt with the girls names but misplaced it, anyhow! All the girls were amazing including their management.

Ken's is our favorite for the best pizza you can get in Vermont!!! No one else comes close. Cory my Husband and I look forward every time we're in Burlington to have a beer or 2 while we wait for our perfect pizza to go. We would always eat a slice before heading back to Stowe. Simply The Best ❤️.

Nice pub place. We didn't order the pizza, we got chicken sandwiches. Mine has a super burnt bottom but after taking that off it wasn't bad at all. The cheese curds were alright too.

Didn't have too much style or flavor it's the New York chewy kind . Naompeolian type of pizza . It was wicked packed though

A slice of pizza cost myself $5.27. You truly can not be serious with the quality of pizza you are putting out there to the public. You are literally just putting whatever on an already made slice and heating it for the highest price slices anywhere around town. I walked back in to give this place their overcooked piece of dough with some cheese and vegetables on it, barely bigger than the smallest paper plates you can buy, back to them. Nothing at all was done about any of it. No refund, not even a sincere apology. The workers just kept on going about the work day as if it happens all the time fully understanding they are putting out complete disasters to the tourists and community. That is entirely outrageous from a business stand point. This is the ONLY time I have ever actually written a review like this in all truthfulness. After all this, and looking here at these reviews. They do not even have a four star average rating as of mid July 2022. I was forced to add at least one star to write a review, or it was a straight up goose egg. Keep your money and go elsewhere.

The food was fine, when we arrived we weren't served water upon arrival, the table was kind of sticky. Our table wasn't served water, but to each their own, but what made us realize that, was how others were served (and they arrived after us). The Captain's Shrimp taco, lacked spices, and flavor, the ingredients in it seemed fresh, but the presentation was lacking. The Philly cheesesteak , looked a bit messy, and quite unappealing. It was served with a bag of chips, and quarter(1/4) of a long pickle. I also took their Shell dish with ricotta(pasta), the presentation was also lacking in this case, but it was a decent dish, simple but well executed. It wasn't too sweet, or too salty, and it was served with garlic bread. Their greek salad is also decent, they do not make their own dressing, but all the vegetables in it seemed fresh and appropriately cut. I would not go again.

If you're looking for something quick to eat this place would be a good spot. You can order a slice of pizza. The pizza is basic but at least they're a good size. The onion rings and cheese curds were fried perfectly. Service was good and the atmosphere was like an old diner

Friendly bartender, great wait staff, great beer and higher end bar food for a great price. Had the salads which were pretty decent.

My friend came to town on a Friday evening to visit from out of town. He was looking for a pizza joint with a family style atmosphere. As I live just a block away this was the first place that came to mind. Unfortunately, our expectations were only 3/5s met. Service was slow to start. But where I would really knock their stars is when the kitchen missed our request for mushrooms on our pizza (see photo). Luckily, we didn’t have to pay for the missing mushrooms. The pizza was nothing short of ordinary thin crust NY style pizza. We also ordered a basket of cheese curds which were on the daily specials. The last thing the threw me was there complete lack of consideration for the environment. Beer came in plastic, water came in plastic, and ranch came in plastic, for no apparent reason.

We got a few take out slices and then sat at their main seating area that was maybe 25% full. Within 5 minutes a woman came out and asked us to leave, saying we could sit at the take out tables around the corner (they were in the sun and chained up...). Basically this person just wanted to flex the little crumb of authority she had. Had I been treated like this before ordering I easily would have left. Also the pizza ended up being too greasy. Highly not recommended.

Who knows what the food tastes like?!? It was 11:56 AM and we were walking down Church with about 20 other people. Relatively dead on the street and no one was waiting for any one thing. My family of 4 and our pup walked by and saw the sign for 12 PM opening and since our dog was really thirsty and we planned on buying breakfast/lunch in 4 minutes, we sat down. One of the workers (or owner?) opened the door and kicked us out. I did ask if we could stay for the 3 minutes until open and she not-so-politely booted us. We are now seated at a real customer focused establishment looking down the row at the former restaurant who just lost $100 of income by kindness and 3 minutes and hopefully many many others who read this and understand the value of customer service, an exhausted pup and hungry patrons. Unfortunately I hold heartedly support skipping this establishment for a better people focused food place - especially one who also makes a space for your furry family member.

In town visiting with family and taking in Jazz Fest . Ordered two pizzas and a hot sub. The kitchen was running a few minutes behind their committed order prep time when we arrived . I paid my $57 dollar tab and left the kitchen staff a $13 tip . I then asked the individual who rung me up if I could wait outside and sit at one of the open tables which where 'reserved' for outdoor seating . Not 10 minutes later a different individual walked up to us and inquired as to whether or not we had been waited on . My brother told this individual we were merely waiting on our take out order and would momentarily be on our way . In the 10 minutes we were sitting at this table , no other customers had sought outdoor seating . Upon further investigation it turns out this individual was as one of the owners - Tom Miller . Mr. Miller - learning we were simply waiting for our takeout order - proceeded to say the table we were occupying was reserved for outdoor dining and inform us we were not welcome to sit there . Before I could explain I had asked for , and received permission from his staff to sit at the table , Mr. Miller then turned his back to us , walked away and in a very scornful and demeaning tone said - ' thus the sign .' Now - I am not one to leave a review . And in fairness the food was quite tasteful . But shame on you Mr. Miller . We won't ever be back to your establishment. You may want to consider taking a course in customer diplomacy . Or at a minimum, apply a modicum of situational awareness when scolding a paying takeout customer who was considerate enough to ask for , and receive permission to sit at one of the outside dining tables while waiting for their delayed order to finish cooking
