Great food. Wish their dining room was open since it looks cool but they’re only doing takeout due to COVID.

The food was fantastic! Kind of pricey but the food was really good! I got the waffleini and WOW! With a half waffleini and a side I was full! Also the coffee is great!! If you have high standards for grits, these are fantastic as well!

A great place for breakfast. Highly recommend the Eggs Cassidy and the Basque Breakfast. While the ordering by phone and window pickup is a little awkward, I was impressed with how they’ve adjusted to running a business during the pandemic. Most importantly, the food was hot and delicious.

Ate at table #1 up on the deck overlooking the patio (and, unfortunately, the gas station parking lot - but I totally understand that they need to maximize their available tables, so no points taken off).I ordered the Smoked Salmon Hash Stack (or something to that effect). It was delicious - perfect salmon, lots of capers, cheese and sour cream tasted like they were from a local creamery and the hashbrowns were crispy all the way across without being greasy or burnt. A++.The only negative part of our experience came, not from the restaurant, but from a completely random and unfortunate moment. Someone from the Revolution Kitchen next door came out to clean their windows, and because she was up on a step-stool she happened to be right at our level, just around the corner from our table. Somehow, the angle at which she was spraying her Windex allowed it to drift around the corner in a mist and repeatedly settle on and around my wife's plate. She only noticed at first when she took a bite of her omelette and remarked that it tasted a bit "chemical," which was weird because she'd really enjoyed it up to that point. A few seconds later, we both saw the mist drift around the corner and smelled the Windex and realized what was happening - so we covered up the rest of our food and coffees and settled up quickly.Again - five stars to Swingin' Pinwheel, because their food and service was impeccable. But if you're reserving a table, I'd suggest requesting something other than table #1 - the view isn't amazing, and the neighbors might just hit you with a well-timed chemical attack. :)

Ordered the waffle. Came with four pieces each the size of two quarters. Somehow they were all also burnt, but that explains why it took so long to get our food. Waste of time and whatever money spent on what was supposed to be breakfast.

Had heard and saw great reviews of this spot. We stopped by early morning and had our pick of the outdoor tables. Ordered via phone then got our food up the stairs at the window. Got scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pinwheel and it came with 2 spinach leaves and a few white beans. Food was unfortunately mediocre - could have done a better breakfast at home. The pinwheel was the saving grace and was a nice pastry. No public restroom during covid.

Never been here before and I could just imagine the vibe inside once everything opens up. But despite that this is such a great place to get breakfast. It's the perfect portion amounts. Very unique menu. They even have some great alcoholic beverage options as well. 100% going back again. I will say though, if you are looking to get wine and dined by your waiter/waitress, you might want to go somewhere else. Because of COVID there process entails calling to order your food. Pick it up out of the window when it's ready and bus your own tables. That doesn't bother me whatsoever, but I know some people may be looking for a more formal setting. It's super easy to make a reservation though. I even bought some pastries to go.

Always awesome! They’ve been being very safe and cautious during COVID-19. I love their savory stuffed popovers!!

Great outdoor seating on one of the more quiet side streets in downtown Burlington. Awesome breakfast spot with good food and great coffee. No snakes! Excellent experience here, thanks all the staff!

Delicious breakfast/lunch. Very unique menu. we tried the popover with Apple and whipped cream, the apple French toast, a wafflelini with turkey cheddar and apple. We liked them all- quite the treat. All prepared fresh and delicious. Due to covid19 we sat outside, there is a phone number at the table which you use to order then pick up at a window

My boyfriend and I went here during COVID outdoor dining for breakfast. It was a little odd - you grab a table, use the online menu, and then have to "call in" to place the order. Then, they holler out a window for you to come get the food. It's almost Panera style. The food was delicious, so the 4 stars is primarily for that.

The perfect pandemic breakfast. Staff were super friendly. Outdoor tables under a canopy with plenty of social distancing. Likewise the take out window serving strategy. But the creative menu with rest to identify gluten free options is the star of the show, as it was in the before times. Their variation on Eggs Benedict, served on house made GF corn cakes so good it's hard to branch out and consider other things on the menu.

It was good food and delicious. Just sitting area and restaurant location I did not like it. Due to Covid-19 you need to call and order , I personally hate take-out foods so they serve you like take-out. Crew was helpful and nice. Thank you

Not sure how I've missed this place until now, had a breakfast there for the first time this morning. They do have one outdoor table where you can eat take-out style and they clean it off in between customers. Great and friendly services and great food!
