Amazing and fresh variety of ingredients, with great quality recipes and products. BUT, AS mentioned in other reviews: The staff made me feel quite unwelcome. The staff asked me not to eat in the store once I paid my smoothie, saying its a take away place thats not meant for clients to stay there after getting served...
They also refused to serve me an hour before closing, limiting my 3 first choices to only what the staff was "allowed to make" at that time. Additionally, the business was closed on days listed as open online, despite confirming in person the day before to avoid unnecessary travel.
The service doesn’t match the quality of the food. If they can fix this, I would strongly recommend it.

Whenever I am in Burlington I have to stop by the VT juice co to pick up my fix of juices and a smoothie bowl. Everything is so delicious I always have a hard time choosing what to get off the menu. The staff are always so helpful with their recommendations and sharing their favorite items! Great food, great staff, great vibes

VT Juice Co's version of the chocolate bowl ( "nice cream" ) is my favorite! Their juices are really good on their own but also have been delicious as mixers for cocktails (apple snap in particular).
A go-to spot when visiting Burlington, especially if you've got dietary restrictions (ex: their toasts are on GF bread, they have a ton of vegan options)
Dietary restrictions: gluten free bread used for their toasts, lots of vegan options

Really expensive for the quality. Paid $14+ for an açaí bowl with 3 toppings and didn’t even finish it because of how flavorless it was. Server at the counter also seemed annoyed to be there. Smoothies were decent but incredibly overpriced.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not at all wheelchair accessible.

This juice keeps our whole office alive during the winter months.
Out of this world food and drinks. Had the pistachio rose late and hummus sandwich. All gluten and dairy free.
So so yummy and such sweet staff!! My fav is the tahini mocha 😋

I won’t lie , the staff that waited on me not only made me feel unwelcome, but also made me feel uncomfortable for asking about the fruit items available as well as the bases available. I’m spending a heck of a lot of money to purchase two bowls ($40!) with a tip . It’s a great idea to offer this deliciousness with others , but if you don’t appreciate light conversation with a PAYING customer; then perhaps you don’t belong behind the counter ! It’s not hard to be kind and pretend you are a little interested. Not pleased at all ! Btw I tipped only because it’s an option before my items are made and I’m not taken a chance on her doing anything to it! She did not deserve the tip ! I also traveled from Montpelier to purchase these bowls . You just lost a customer ( I may change my mind ) not cool at all .

Expensive and good, staff seems generally bummed to be there but I’ll keep trying.

This place has changed my microbiome and life. Juice or die-
This stuff is of the future- locally sourced product which keeps all of its nutrients when pressed, the recipes are incomparable- not something you can get in any store or anywhere else for that matter. Ugh I love this woman owned business more than my family - just kidding. But wow- thank you for giving me a new perspective on life and making all of my cells happy.
Recommended dishes: Apple Snap, Green Mountain Medley, Blackout, Lake Monster, Ginger Shot, Tropical Bowl, Brain Boost
Juice is unpasteurized, aka a health risk. doesn't say this anywhere on the menu, only in small print on the back of the bottle, and there's no way to get your money back.
Dietary restrictions: if you're immunocompromised, don't drink their juice as it could make you sick.
