We stopped here for a quick mid morning bite and it was delightful. The bowls are very generous portions and there is a lot of variety. They had some nice grain options as well. It’s pricey and there is not a lot of room to sit but the people are friendly and knowledgeable so it’s definitely a great spot.

On my walk from the Ski Rack to my parked car, I happened to pass the glassy facade of the Vermont Juice Company and so stopped in for a cool treat on a warm day. Perusing the menu spanning one complete interior wall, I was struck by the unique ingredients in many of the offerings—cucumber, nutmeg, dragon fruit, rose water, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne pepper. These were beverages and bowls that had been thoughtfully planned out with the intention of creating outside-the-box options unavailable at your typical juice or smoothie chain store. I also appreciated the whole food plant based approach, including sweeteners like Vermont maple syrup, honey, and dates rather than granulated sugar or corn syrup. I asked the food counter attendant a few questions, which she amiably answered before steering me in the direction of the superfood lattes. Feeling adventurous, I opted for the Matcha superfood latte—a blend of cashew, matcha tea, Vermont maple syrup, vanilla, and spices (cinnamon & nutmeg). I requested that she go easy on the maple syrup and after blending the ingredients in the back for a few minutes, she returned with a subtly sweet, vibrantly emerald drink served over ice that tasted like a twist on matcha I’d never had before, mainly due I think to the nutmeg. I would definitely return to try other originals from the VJC menu!

The Vermont Juice Company offers fresh, delicious juices made with high-quality ingredients. The flavors are well-balanced, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality and freshness make it worth it. A great spot for healthy, refreshing options.

This place is an absolute gem. Real pros making impossibly fresh pressed juices and artfully crafted small bites, vegan meals, and all sorts of treats! Do yourself a big favor and stop in to try! Avocado toast with a fresh juice, and cold brew is 🔥

Amazing and fresh variety of ingredients, with great quality recipes and products. BUT, AS mentioned in other reviews: The staff made me feel quite unwelcome. The staff asked me not to eat in the store once I paid my smoothie, saying its a take away place thats not meant for clients to stay there after getting served...
They also refused to serve me an hour before closing, limiting my 3 first choices to only what the staff was "allowed to make" at that time. Additionally, the business was closed on days listed as open online, despite confirming in person the day before to avoid unnecessary travel.
The service doesn’t match the quality of the food. If they can fix this, I would strongly recommend it.

Whenever I am in Burlington I have to stop by the VT juice co to pick up my fix of juices and a smoothie bowl. Everything is so delicious I always have a hard time choosing what to get off the menu. The staff are always so helpful with their recommendations and sharing their favorite items! Great food, great staff, great vibes

VT Juice Co's version of the chocolate bowl ( "nice cream" ) is my favorite! Their juices are really good on their own but also have been delicious as mixers for cocktails (apple snap in particular).
A go-to spot when visiting Burlington, especially if you've got dietary restrictions (ex: their toasts are on GF bread, they have a ton of vegan options)
Dietary restrictions: gluten free bread used for their toasts, lots of vegan options

Really expensive for the quality. Paid $14+ for an açaí bowl with 3 toppings and didn’t even finish it because of how flavorless it was. Server at the counter also seemed annoyed to be there. Smoothies were decent but incredibly overpriced.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not at all wheelchair accessible.

This juice keeps our whole office alive during the winter months.
Out of this world food and drinks. Had the pistachio rose late and hummus sandwich. All gluten and dairy free.
So so yummy and such sweet staff!! My fav is the tahini mocha 😋
