Yellow Mustard Deli is a family-owned chain with three outlets in Vermont. It is a favorite sandwich place with a cool vibe and a menu that is not overwhelming. The Panini is very good and delicious, and sandwiches like the Gabe's favorite on wheat are delicious, big, and made with high-quality ingredients. The bacon is cooked perfectly. Food is fresh and ready quickly. The outdoor seating is delightful. The staff is really friendly and provides excellent service, with everyone being very nice. Be warned that a toasted sandwich can be a little drippy, making it a three-napkin sandwich. The only noted issue is that the entryway can be very slick with ice.
