Absolute hidden gem tucked away in a small town in northern VT. What looks like a small mom and pop pizza place - which it is - is owned and operated by a couple of prior executive chefs from Chicago and New Orleans. The crust is delicious, they make their own sauce daily from Marzano tomatoes, and since one used to also be a professional pastry chef, the desserts are excellent. Good beer selection. Small place, some seating; most people get it takeaway. Looking forward to trying the quiche and the sourdough toasted cheese sandwich with tomato soup when I need some comfort food. Worth going!

This is one of those pizza places which gets everything right with pizza. You can get their cheese pizza and you won’t be disappointed. I have been there few times and every time taste is consistent. They are open all year round and open in the morning to evening. However, during off season they are close Monday & Tuesday which is around October end till thanksgiving. They also sell homemade ice cream with unique flavors. I tried those and they were not up to my taste. But I do recommend trying out one of those flavors, you may like it. Overall nice cozy place close to smugglers notch for dine in or take out. They are located at very scenic backdrop on the main road.

1st time eating here tonight. Bbq chicken pizza was decent. Their crust is on point! Mixed greens salad was good, but the balsamic dressing was nothing I'd personally ever get again (basically oil). Neat vibe to the place, except the woman behind the register was not friendly. Maybe a bad day for her & the food was good enough, so we'd give it another shot for sure!

Hand's down best pizza place around. My husband stops in every week and grabs a cookie along with pizza or anything else on their menu and it is ALL so good. The kids agree. Staff is amazing, prices are great. Look no further for good people and food, Rusty's is the best.

This place was the best! When we arrived, all the seats inside were full, but they let us sit outside with our dog so we were psyched, we spent all day in the car and getting to sit outside as the sun set was perfect. I had the chicken sandwich and it was incredible, really unique beautiful flavor. They checked in on us a few times, even though we were quite a ways away from the building, and they gave us an extra pepperoni for the dog which was so helpful because I left all our dog treats at the Airbnb. I cannot recommend this place enough, we were made to feel right at home!
There's only a counter if you want to eat inside. There's a nice outdoor space. Im guessing they do a brisk take out business. I didn't have the pizza. Several of my friends did; nobody was raving about it, but everyone seemed happy. I had a meatball sub that was excellent. Proper meatballs, delicious sauce, great sub roll. Funky, clever design touches throughout the property. Great service.
