Got food from here today. Brisket was great, burnt ends were amazing. Corn bread tasty, plentiful and moist. Ribs were phenomenal as well. Smoke taste was clean, sweet and not overpowering. For BBQ in this corner of Vermont, can't beat ToT. Stop by the meat church on your way back from Smuggs and be happy.
I drove up to try out the BBQ because it's hard to find good BBQ around here. To my surprise the owner was taking your order, making your order, and giving you your order. It is a simple operation, one man show, white board menu, but when it comes to this type of food that's all that is needed. I wanted to buy meat only by the pound and bought the pulled pork and brisket. To go with the meat I got a piece of regular cornbread and a piece of the bacon jalapeno cornbread....
We have been around to a few places but this little gem is hard to beat. Brisket , pulled pork just so tender and juicy. Took “The Alamo” to have a taste of everything it was all fantastic. And the view while you enjoy the meal is amazing.
