It is April 10th 2020 for 6 PM. I went through the drive through at the Castleton. Vermont site and the young man working the drive through is a breath of fresh air. I have not received that sort of customer service in quite some time. It is refreshing to have a young person who doesn't act like they are above working at Dunkin' Donuts, and then to be pleasant upon that gives me faith in the younger generations. That boy was very friendly and upbeat. He deserves a raise...
There is a new girl taking the orders, I never see her name tag but she is always so nice and she is fast! I used to never do drive thru here but I caved and she was a joy. I have been back three times since.
I didn't even wanna give 3 stars but once in awhile you have good staff.Coffees always wrong food is always wrong....Soneone should tell corporate we don't want new blends we want the original blends like dark roast/midnight which you never seem to have ever...i miss the Poultney store.
